Handler Hank is a 'Handler' (mechanic). He owns the BOT SHOP situated in the town square of RESPITE. Any bot building/repairing/upgrading needs in RESPITE is usually performed by Hank.

Hank arrived to The GUTTERLANDS via a crashed spacecraft. He lost an arm and two legs. He was rescued by a BEADBOT and dragged to RESPITE. He had limb augmentations and is now a mostly functional cog in town.

Hank has an affinity with bots, he seems to prefer them to humans. He has devoted his life to the study and betterment of bots everywhere. He has recently expanded The BOT SHOP operations to human augmentation.

Hank doesn't particularly enjoy the BANGARANG matches held in RESPITE. He see's it as a cruel act but will always repair the Bots after a match due to his own compassion... not for free mind. He will also upgrade BANGARANG bots for a price.

Hank has a gigantic titan arm attached to his BOT SHOP. The town wants it gone but Hank refuses out of sheer protest. Hank knows that handlers are a rarity in RESPITE and they wouldn't dare piss him off too much.
